Lauren Froderman was born on September 6th, 1991, in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. As of now, she is 34 years old. She spent her youth in Glendale, Arizona and earned her high school diploma from Greenway High in 2010. She was included in both the cheer and dance team during her high school years. At three years old, she embarked on her dance journey. Over the years, she has honed her skills in jazz, lyrical, contemporary, ballet, tap, and hip-hop. Under Donald Dadey’s guidance, she trained at the Scottsdale School of Ballet, which now belongs to him. She completed her studies at Loyola Marymount University in California in 2015 and is a member of the California Nu chapter of Pi Beta Phi there.
