Biography

Born on February 28, 1977 in Macon, Georgia, United States, Jason Aldean became a country music star. His father was Barry Aldean and his mother was Debbie Aldean, and he grew up with his sister, Kasi Rosa Wicks.

Windsor Academy, located in Bibb County, Georgia, was where he received his education.

Personal Life

Aldean married his high school sweetheart Jessica Ussery in 2001, but they divorced in 2013. Their daughters are named Keeley and Kendyl.

Brittany Kerr was Jason’s first date in 2014, and they got married in March 2015.

Career

Jason began writing songs with Justin Weaver, who is a member of the band. In 1996, he made an effort to sell eight songs at various shows by recording them. In 1998, he appeared at an Atlanta nightclub for the ‘The Buckboard’ show and sang some of his self-written songs. At an Atlanta show, American record producer Michael Knox, who was previously an executive of song-publishing company Warner-Chappell, discovered him and assisted him in securing a song-writing contract with the company. On November 1, 1998, he relocated to Nashville following this.

On July 26, 2005, Jason’s eponymous album was released and it peaked at number one on the US Billboard Top Independent Albums chart and number six on the US Billboard Top Country Albums chart. On October 16, 2012, he released his fifth studio album, ‘Night Train’. He has collaborated with multiple songwriters on this album. Eric Church and Luke Bryan’s song ‘The Only Way I Know’ from the album topped the US Billboard Country Airplay chart.

His seventh studio album ‘They Don’t Know’ released on September 9, 2016 also debuted atop the Billboard 200 and peaked at #1 on the US Billboard Independent Albums and US Billboard Top Country Albums charts. His eighth studio album, which he announced in March 2017, is expected to be released in late 2017 or early 2018.
