Career
Alison Pill made her first mainstream appearance in 1997 in the “Moving Parts” episode of the mystery fantasy television series ‘The New Ghostwriter Mysteries.’ She then appeared in television films and series, such as ‘Psi Factor: Chronicles of the Paranormal’ (1998), ‘The Last Don II’ (1998), ‘Stranger in Town’ (1998), and ‘God’s New Plan’ (1999), before making her big-screen debut in the 1999 Canadian film ‘The Life Before This’ directed by Jerry Ciccoritti. She also took on the role of ‘Shapiro/Marfa’ in the TV film ‘Jacob Two Two Meets the Hooded Fang’ directed by George Bloomfield that same year.
