James Donald McConaughey, who owns and sells gas stations and oil, and Mary Kathlene McCabe, who teaches kindergarten, are Matthew McConaughey’s parents. On November 4, 1969, he was born in Uvalde, Texas, United States. His siblings include Rooster McConaughey and Pat McConaughey.
Longview High School became the school of choice for Matthew McConaughey when his family moved to Longview, Texas. He was given a beautiful poll in the high school Longview Lobo Yearbook.
